It is time for change.
I have been holding back for years since I started this newsletter.
I was trying to create messages that could resonate with everyone,
a socially acceptable message,
that would not be perceived as "weird" or "out there".
I am no longer interested in being socially acceptable.
This newsletter will be weird, real and beyond your imagination.
It will challenge what you believe,
what you know and
help you change your life, for real.
So for those of you dedicated to self-growth,
healing and transforming your lives,
this is your newsletter.

I will offer you some truth-telling,
a challenge,
a strategy to move forward,
options and events for learning,
and a quote to contemplate.

You know me, let's start with something intense 🙂
What you are looking for is not found in the next meditation or
podcast or set of rules for what to do when you are triggered.
These things are OUTSIDE of you,
and are not the solution.
Have you noticed?
Have you noticed those things don't work
when you are triggered?
Do you want temporary or real change?

This months Challenge
What are you willing to feel?
Are you willing to go low?
Your willingness to go low, to feel the grief inside, correlates to your access to the highest levels of happiness.
Choose the level you are at towards the top and at the bottom.
Your willingness to experience the lowest levels of sadness
that come to you,
directly correlates to your access to
the higher levels of joy available to you.
Contemplate that.
Do you want to experience joy
then are you willing to feel rock bottom?
What are you willing to feel and experience to get to the next level?

This Months Challenge
Anxiety is on the inside.
So nothing from the outside will fix it.
Not a special diet, not special frequency music,
not smoking pot or taking calming supplements,
not talk therapy, nothing on the outside will fix an
issue on the inside.
Anxiety is fear.
The emotion of fear is stored in the kidneys,
this translates to lower back pain.
If you want to address it,
doing must be from from the INSIDE.

This month's Strategy: A Way to Go Inside
The Blindfold Activity.
Grab the nearest bandana or sleep mask.
Set your timer for 30 minutes.
As each minute goes by, allow any emotions that arise.
Stay blindfolded in a safe area of your home
until the timer goes off.
Consider journaling about what you experienced.
